Flow Module

Flow is one of the modules in the OSSADA Software Application. Earlier, there are no instruments to measure the water received to the Plant and carried outside. We can know the Flow Level of the Filtered water sent out through the Rectangular Notch by a Scale fixed to it at the Bed Outlet. The operator notes the flow level for an hour or an interval. Supervisor gets Flow Rating obtained from calibration with formula through flow level. In the absence of the individual the receiving of the data becomes difficult. The flow rating is shown through mechanical system in the next version. After the next Version the Digital System shows the Flow Rating on the Display and stores for thirty days in memory Chip. The Digital system takes flow levels from sensor automatically for an interval and itself converts flow level into flow rating with the formula. The formula is prefixed in the programmable chip and data will be sent to the display board and stores in the memory chip. The next version invented is the computerization which works same as previous method. The Computer Data can store up to space available in the hard disc space not only for thirty days. The computer software generates required data reports and sends messages through SMS to supervisor.

To overcome all the disadvantages present in the previous versions, Multisoft Technologies developed the new version with the online system called application name of OSSADA with SCADA technology in which the data is stored at the online web server and retrieved from any place with the help of internet.

How it works:

We installed Hardware in filtration plant and sensors at flow required places. The Central system sends the flow data to the URL and digital display for onsite operator understanding. The web application receives the raw data, process and shows it in required Webpage design view. Then the application shows the real time data. The minimum interval time is seven minutes. If any network or internet problem, application will not receive data from the central system and shows only previous real data.
